How much can I earn?
You earn 15% of every payment your referrals make. This is recurring - as long as they stay subscribed, you keep earning. There are no caps on earnings.
When do I get paid?
Commissions have a 14-day pending period to account for refunds. Once confirmed, you can request a payout anytime your balance exceeds $25. Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect.
What if someone requests a refund?
If a customer you referred requests a refund, the associated commission will be clawed back from your pending balance. This ensures fairness for everyone.
Can I use my own referral link?
No, self-referrals are not allowed and will not be credited. The affiliate program is designed for promoting VibeBot to others.
How does attribution work?
We use a 30-day cookie for link-based referrals. If someone uses your coupon code, that takes priority over the cookie. Once attributed, that customer is yours for life.
